Mayor Cllr David Elsy receives the officer in charge of the Military Escort at the Town Hall. At his side is Mr. Jim Vauvert the Mayors Sergeant at Mace and Custodian of the Chains of office and the longest serving municipal Officer. In the background other Municipal officers are the Deputy Hornblower Eugene Boarman and the City Staffe Bearers, with other representatives from the Military.
